Partners

We work with a small number of distribution partners in each market. The goal is not to add another supplier to a price list, but to build a regional position around a product line we can both stand behind.

Who we look for

Three things matter more than size.

01

Market coverage

An established route to feed mills, pet-food manufacturers or specialist retailers in your territory, with a clear idea of where insect protein fits.

02

Technical capability

Someone on your team who can discuss specifications, samples and formulation questions with customers, not just process a purchase order.

03

Long-term intent

A willingness to build the category over several seasons, with forecasts we can plan production and packaging around.

Partner support

What sits behind the agreement.

Our commercial team is set up to support a distributor from first sample through to repeat container orders.

Pricing

Predictable regional pricing

Tiered pricing tied to annual volume, agreed in advance so you can quote your market with confidence.

Planning

Joint demand planning

Rolling forecasts are reviewed with production so capacity and packaging are ready before the season starts.

Sales

Sample and technical support

Sample stock, specification sheets and batch documentation for your customer conversations and audits.

Brand

Private-label options

Your brand, your pack format, our production records. A practical route for distributors with their own label.

Application

How the conversation starts.

1. Tell us about your market

Share your territory, customer segments, current product range and the volume you believe the market can absorb in the first year.

2. Review fit and coverage

We look at territory overlap, technical capability and the application you have in mind. If there is a fit, we move to a sample and pricing discussion.

3. Agree a trial programme

A first order is treated as a joint trial: specification, packaging, documentation and lead time are all tested before volume ramps.

4. Plan the year ahead

Once the trial is complete, we agree a rolling forecast and review it with production on a regular schedule.
